SteeringplatesĀ
Steering plates designed with the technical collaboration of Team BMW Althea and tested in the WSBK championship.
They are made from a special aluminium alloy, which gives it the required rigidity but at the same time prevents it from breaking during mechanical stresses.
They are made only in the racing version (without key lock) with 28mm offset, to which our steering bushes with tapered bearings can be combined, both from 1g and 1.5g.
The standard steering head is used for assembly.
Exhaust
Race exhaust for official BMW SBK configuration.
This exhaust is designed to be mounted only in conjunction with an enlarged oil sump as normally used on all official SBK bikes.
It is made from lightweight titanium giving it an incredible performance.
Up until now, it was impossible to buy this type of product as it was only supplied for official bikes.
We have completed the complete kit with a carbon fibre oil sump, exhaust bushings (machined from a solid piece of metal to be perfectly bonded to the head profile) and an enlarged oil extractor.

VELOCITY STACKSĀ
Our Velocity Stacks for BMW S 1000 RR have a very particular and original shape in the motorcycle world.
They increase the power of the bike and make the thrust very smooth, without declines.
The maximum of their performance is achieved at the engine speed in which they rise to let the lower fixed velocity stacks breathe, from that moment their function becomes that of cleaning the flow of air that is channeled towards the throttle body. Like most of our products, it is machined from solid with CNC machinery to always have the maximum precision and reproducibility.
ENLARGED WATER PUMPĀ FOR BMW ā1000 RRāĀ SERIES BIKES RPA08
This revolutionary pump has a flow management system which is completely different from the usual pumps which are found fitted to motorcycles.
Inside, the fluid is slowed down and brought to the impeller using the venturi system which allows the duct to be completed filled avoiding cavitation.
Each part is completely CNC machined from 7075 aluminium.
The pump itself is easily fitted requiring no additional bike modifications.
It will allow you to significantly lower the operating temperature of the bike giving you the benefit of a much higher performance level.
CARBON FIBER OIL PANĀ FOR BMW S 1000 RR
Jetprimeās mission is to offer exclusive products of a very high techno-logical content.
The technical collaboration with Team Althea BMW Racing FIM Cup Superstock 1000 with has driven Jetprime to put forward a vast catalogue of special parts.
The oil pan in carbon fiber for the S 1000 RR has been produced with an autoclave using a special production cycle to guarantee maximum strength even at temperatures higher than 250Ā°C as well as to resist vibrations and movements created by the engine.
It allows to decrease the internal pressure of the engine so that it can contain more oil and lower the oil suction point. It is also equipped with an aluminium CNC machined plug which inserts pressure onto a special titanium insert which is inside the oil sump itself. With the use of this unique component, it is possible to decrease the weight by over 150 grams (compared to the stock fitted unit) giving also macroscopic improvements in the dynamic qualities of the motorcycle.
